DYNAPHARM Herbal's manufacturing operations are carried out in dedicated, segregated production areas designed according to specific dosage forms. This ensures efficient workflow, product integrity, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Every stage of the manufacturing process is overseen by competent and experienced Quality Control (QC) personnel.
Our production teams work closely with the Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Research & Development (R&D), and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless coordination from raw material preparation and in-process controls through to the final release of finished products. This integrated approach enables us to consistently deliver products that are safe, efficacious, and of the highest quality.

DYNAPHARM Herbal is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that support a comprehensive range of production processes. These include ribbon mixers, milling machines, tablet compression machines, coating machines, automatic capsule-filling machines, pellet-making machines, blister packing machines, bottle labelling machines, herbal decoction machines, liquid filling machines, extractors, and spray dryers.
All equipment and facilities are maintained under a comprehensive preventive maintenance programme to ensure optimal performance and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements.
